Whether you prefer a massage, spa, facial, or manicure, the perfect treatment is the one which best fits your body’s needs and personal preferences. You need to be very attentive and curious towards your spa therapy. Although it is advisable to take spa therapy at spa parlour, but you can even create your own spa day at your home. What you eat:

It is advisable not to eat heavy meals before having a spa, so go for something light, such as fruits, oats, or porridge. If possible try to avoid caffeine because it causes nervousness and restlessness. For spa therapy, you need to be relaxed and composed, so eat something which can be good for your spa therapy, for example, a light snack or biscuits.

Clean up:

Try to take bath from warm water because it helps to open up your muscles. You can even scrub your body with a scrubber so that your body gets clean before you go for a spa.   

Easy go:

Try to create a comfy ambiance for your spa so that you can easily get it done by yourself. Make yourself comfortable on your spa table and slowly scrub your legs and hands. Take it easy and don’t go for any hard massage on your body.
